Your Responsibilites

  • Supporting the team and management with day-to-day tasks
  • Taking on administrative and organizational tasks
  • Organization and coordination of meetings, workshops and events
  • Careful planning of business trips (booking, invoicing, visa application, etc.)
  • Independent handling of correspondence (German, English) with our business partners
  • Responsibility for document and order management
  • Support in the preparation and completion of convincing presentations and documents
